Starbucks Zero Tolerance Standards星巴克零容忍標(biāo)準(zhǔn):Non-negotiable areas for all factoriesthat are required by Starbucks to have an assessment
星巴克所有要求審核的工廠應(yīng)無條件符合以下標(biāo)準(zhǔn):
1.Transparency:Openness, communication, and accountability透明度:開放,溝通和負(fù)責(zé)任
Transparency: Starbucks expects suppliers to provide transparency into their operations, policies, processes, and relevant records to Starbucks or its designated third party. Suppliers must disclose the identity, physical location and ownership of all factories that will produce goods for Starbucks, including the use of sub-contractors.
透明度:星巴克期望供應(yīng)商向星巴克或者指定的第三方提供他們的運(yùn)作、政策、程序以及相關(guān)記錄的透明度。供應(yīng)商必須披露所有為星巴克生產(chǎn)產(chǎn)品的工廠的名稱、地理位置和所屬情況,包括使用分包商的情況。
Bribery:Money and/or gifts of any type are not offered to Starbucks or its designated third party.
賄賂:不得對星巴克或者指定的第三方進(jìn)行金錢或者禮物等任何形式的賄賂。
Subcontracting: Suppliers disclose the identity, physical location and ownership of any subcontractors that will produce goods for Starbucks. The factory prohibits unauthorized subcontracting for production and communicates any changes of subcontractors to Starbucks for approval.
使用分包商:供應(yīng)商必須披露所有為星巴克生產(chǎn)產(chǎn)品的工廠的名稱、地理位置和所屬情況,包括使用分包商的情況。工廠不得使用未經(jīng)批準(zhǔn)的分包商進(jìn)行生產(chǎn)同時(shí)應(yīng)告知星巴克任何變動以獲得批準(zhǔn)。

2.Commitment to Continuous Improvement: Starbucks expects suppliers to demonstrate acommitment to continuous improvement and engage in the improvement process.
承諾持續(xù)改進(jìn):星巴克期望供應(yīng)商能夠承諾持續(xù)改進(jìn)并付諸整改過程中。
3.Child Labor:童工
§ Legalworking age:The supplier does not employ workers under the age of 15 or the legal workingage.
§法定工作年齡:供應(yīng)商不得雇用年齡小于15 歲或者低于法定工作年齡的人員。
§ Documentation: Documentation is maintainedto verify the age of all workers.
保留記錄:供應(yīng)商需保留所有相關(guān)的記錄以便可以來確認(rèn)所有工人的年紀(jì)是否符合。
4.Forced Labor: Forced Labor is work exacted under the menace of any penalty and forwhich the [worker] has not offered himself voluntarily.
強(qiáng)迫勞工:強(qiáng)迫勞工意為工人工作是在非自主自愿的前提下,以懲罰手段來脅迫工人工作。
§ Voluntarywork: Allworkers provide voluntary work or service under no threat of penalty. Overtimeis not mandatory.
§自愿工作:提供所有的工人自主自愿工作或者服務(wù)的權(quán)利,沒有任何的懲罰手段脅迫工人。加班工作是自愿的而非強(qiáng)制性的。
§ Bond,debt, prison labor:Workers are not hired under bond, debt or other obligation, nor does thefacility hire or subcontract work to prison labor.
§債務(wù)勞工和監(jiān)獄勞工:員工雇傭不應(yīng)債務(wù)等其他制約,且工廠不得使用監(jiān)獄工或者外發(fā)工作到監(jiān)獄。
§ Documentcontrol: Thereis no holding original employee documents, such as passports, without a systemfor employees to access those documents at will.
§文件控制:如無系統(tǒng)保證員工的任意使用,工廠不得保管其原始文件如護(hù)照等。
§ Physicalrestraint: Thereare no physical restraints to workers leaving the facility during work hours(e.g. locked exits, armed guards, etc.)
§人身限制:不允許對工人在工作時(shí)間離開工廠進(jìn)行人身限制。(例如:封鎖出口,警衛(wèi)武裝等等。)
§ Deposits: Workers are not required tosubmit deposits that are equal of more than 1.5 times their monthly wage.
§押金:不允許要求工人們交納相當(dāng)于超過他們月薪的1.5倍作為押金。
5.Payment of Wages:工資支付
§ Minimumwage: Allemployees (including piece-rate, trainees and temporary workers) are paid atleast the legal hourly minimum wage.
§ 最低工資:所有員工(包括計(jì)件工,實(shí)習(xí)生和臨時(shí)工)應(yīng)支付最少要相當(dāng)于法定最低的小時(shí)工資。
§ Timelinessof payments:Workers must receive monetary payment within 45 days of the labor serviceprovided.
§ 及時(shí)支付工資:工人必須在提供勞動服務(wù)周期的45天內(nèi)收到貨幣形式的報(bào)酬。
§ Documentation: Adequate documentation isavailable to verify that minimum wages are being paid to all workers.
§ 保留文件:保留適當(dāng)?shù)奈募Y料以證明所有工人都至少被支付了最低工資。
6.Physical/Sexual Abuse and Sexual Harassment: Suppliers must not use or permit corporal punishmentor any other form of physical or psychological coercion including verbal abuseand sexual harassment.
身體或性虐待和性騷擾:供應(yīng)商不得允許或使用任何形式的身體或者精神上的的懲罰措施,包括言語辱罵和性騷擾。
7.DeniedAccess: Suppliersmust allow announced and unannounced inspections of their records and allareasof thefacilities by Starbucks or a Starbucks approved third party to verifycompliance to the Standards, including confidential employee interviews.
拒絕評估:供應(yīng)商必須允許星巴克或星巴克批準(zhǔn)的第三方在通知和不通知的情況下,審核工廠的資料以及所有廠區(qū)范圍,包括對員工的私密訪談。
8.EnvironmentalImpacts: Thesupplier / facility does not create significant Environmental issues causing directand immediate environmental endangerment (i.e. toxic waste disposal)
環(huán)境影響:供應(yīng)商/工廠不會對周邊環(huán)境引起重大的污染問題以至于造成直接和立即的環(huán)境破壞。(如有毒廢棄物的排放)
9.LifeSafety: Thesupplier / facility does not create significant health and safety issuescausing direct and immediate employee endangerment (i.e.: nosecondary exits, no emergency alarm system, blocked primary aisles, blockedexits, locked exits without easy emergency access, hazardous electrical wiring,unsafe structural engineering, no protective equipment for workers andmachinery at all, etc…)
生命安全:供應(yīng)商/工廠不存在直接和立即造成員工危害的重大健康與安全問題。(如無第二出口,無緊急 報(bào)警系統(tǒng),主通道受阻,緊急出口被阻,出口被鎖且不能逃生,有危險(xiǎn)的電源線,不安全操作結(jié)構(gòu),員工及機(jī)器無任何保護(hù)裝置等)
