MerchandiseManufacturersshalldesignateoneormoreofitsmanagementtomonitorfactorycompliancewithstandardssetforthherein.MerchandiseManufacturesshalluseoneofTCCCapprovedfirmsthatspecializesinsocialcompliance.EachMerchandiseManufacturermustconductsuchcompliancemonitoringonanannualbasisandmustsubmitsuchverificationofcompliancetoTCCC.MerchandiseManufacturerswillauthorizeTCCCdesignatedagentstoengageinfactoryauditstoconfirmcompliance.Thesevisitswillincludeunannouncedon-siteinspectionsofmanufacturingfacilities;areviewofallemployeerelatedbooks;andprivateinterviewswithemployees.AnyMerchandiseManufacturerwhodoesnotcomplywithTCCC’sCodestandardsorrefusestoallowinspectionissubjecttoimmediateterminationbyTCCC.InordertobeauthorizedtouseourtrademarkseachMerchandiseManufact(BSCI認證專

家)urermustprovideTCCCwithacopyofapassingsocialcomplianceinspectionwithinoneyearofthedateofinitialauthorization.Thismustbeprovidedannuallyfromthedateofthepassing(沃爾瑪驗廠專家)inspectionusedfortheauthorization.TCCCmusthavetherighttoverifythecopywiththeinspectingcompany.產(chǎn)品制造商應(yīng)指定一名或多名管理層成員監(jiān)督工廠與在這里所設(shè)定的標準的符合性.產(chǎn)品制造商應(yīng)請用TCCC認可的社會責任方面的機構(gòu).產(chǎn)品制造商應(yīng)以年審為基礎(chǔ)進行社會責任方面的審核并提交確認符合TCCC行為準則的報告.產(chǎn)品制造商應(yīng)準許TCCC指派的社會責任方面的機構(gòu)參與對產(chǎn)品制造商的審核以確認符合性.這種審核性的來訪包括對工廠無預先通知的現(xiàn)場檢查,與雇員相關(guān)的所有資料的審查及與雇員私密性的面談.任何產(chǎn)品制造商如不愿意符合TCCC行為準則或拒絕接受檢查將導致與TCCC業(yè)務(wù)的立即終止.每個產(chǎn)品制造商都必須在以初次審核日期為準的一年之內(nèi)提交通過社會責任審核的報告以獲得繼續(xù)使用TCCC商標.TCCC公司有權(quán)與審核機構(gòu)進行核實報告的真實性.Exception豁免WhenpurchasingthroughLi&Fung(Trading)Limited(“Li&Fung”),TCCC’spromotionalmerchandise,sourcingandserviceprovider,socialcomplianceinspectionsofMerchandiseManufacturersareconductedbyLi&Fung’sinternalsocialcomplianceinspectionteam.PursuanttoouragreementwithLi&Fung,thisteamhasbeenapprovedbyWWLtomonitorsocialcomplianceandengageinfactoryauditstoconfirmcompliancebyeachMerchandiseManufacturerthatutilizesourtrademarks.Li&Fung’ssocialcomplianceteamprovidesTCCCwithannual‘passing’inspectionreportsforeachMerchandiseManufacturer.Inaddition,WWLcloselymonitorsLi&Fung’sinternalsocialcomplianceinspectionteam’sperformance.當采購是通過利豐公司時,TCCC的促銷商品,采購和服務(wù)提供商及產(chǎn)品制造商的社會責任方面的檢查都由利豐公司內(nèi)部的社會責任檢查(ICTI驗廠專家)隊伍來執(zhí)行.依照我們與利豐公司的協(xié)議,這支隊伍已被TCCC全球認證部認可對使用TCCC商標的產(chǎn)品制造商的社會責任方面進行監(jiān)察和檢查.由利豐公司內(nèi)部的社會責任檢查隊伍提供“通過”性的產(chǎn)品制造商的社會責任審核報告.另外,TCCC全球認證部則緊密地監(jiān)督利豐公司內(nèi)部的社會責任檢查隊伍的行為操守.Communications宣傳WeexpectourMerchandiseManufacturerstocommunicatetheseCodeprinciplesforMerchandiseManufacturerstotheiremployees.Theseprinciplesshouldbeprovidedinthelocallanguageandpostedinanaccessibleplace.WealsoexpectourMerchandiseManufacturerstodevelopandimplementappropriatebusinessmechanismstomonitorcompliancewiththeseprinciples.我們期望產(chǎn)品制造商把產(chǎn)品制造商行為準則向其雇員宣傳.產(chǎn)品制造商行為準則應(yīng)以當?shù)卣Z言進行宣傳并張貼在顯眼易看到的地方.我們也期望產(chǎn)品制造商致力于發(fā)展并執(zhí)行恰當?shù)纳虡I(yè)運營機制以監(jiān)督行為的符合性.
