MerchandiseManufacturersshalldesignateoneormoreofitsmanagementtomonitorfactorycompliancewithstandardssetforthherein.MerchandiseManufacturesshalluseoneofTCCCapprovedfirmsthatspecializesinsocialcompliance.EachMerchandiseManufacturermustconductsuchcompliancemonitoringonanannualbasisandmustsubmitsuchverificationofcompliancetoTCCC.MerchandiseManufacturerswillauthorizeTCCCdesignatedagentstoengageinfactoryauditstoconfirmcompliance.Thesevisitswillincludeunannouncedon-siteinspectionsofmanufacturingfacilities;areviewofallemployeerelatedbooks;andprivateinterviewswithemployees.AnyMerchandiseManufacturerwhodoesnotcomplywithTCCC’sCodestandardsorrefusestoallowinspectionissubjecttoimmediateterminationbyTCCC.InordertobeauthorizedtouseourtrademarkseachMerchandiseManufact(BSCI認證專
